How can I add a sauna and ice bath session onto my class?

Sauna and ice bath sessions are available as an add-on to your Wednesday bookings. You'll find this option in the 'add-ons' section when you book. Please note, these sessions are not offered on Sundays. However, if you'd like to book a session after your Sunday appointment, you can do so through Kontrast's website: https://www.kontrast.co.uk.

FAQs

  • You don’t need anything for the pilates, just make sure you are wearing comfortable clothing that you can move around in. For the sauna and ice bath session let’s keep it cool and comfortable. don’t forget to bring two towels: one to sit on and one to dry off with. If you forget one don’t worry - we have towel rentals.

  • Yes, you can book in for multiple people. if you have a booking larger then five please contact bridieclowry@gmail.com

  • I offer both private sessions and corporate events. Please email bridieclowry@gmail.com to find out more.

  • Yes, all the classes include layers, so you can push yourself no matter your fitness level. There’s a place for everyone at Soul so if your nervous to come send me a message and I can guide you through how a session will be.
